Who we are
Tina Belge, MPA, AICP
principal & Founder
Tina utilizes her community development and urban planning background, as well as her policy and advocacy skills, to help her clients make a sustainable impact. Her career has spanned the governmental, non-profit, and private sectors where she has written, led, and advocated for policy in regards to housing affordability, trees, and zoning reform.
She is a former congressional intern, and two-time AmeriCorps service member, former planner at both Greenville County Redevelopment Authority and Greenville County, former Executive Director of Keep Greenville County Beautiful, and former Director of Policy and Advocacy for the Greenville Housing Fund.
She is an alumnus of Georgia Southern University and UNC Chapel Hill’s MPA program, where she focused on Community and Economic Development. She’s married to her wonderful husband (and high school sweetheart), Jacob, with whom she has two daughters, Sammy and Robin. They also have two dogs, Lily and Ruff.
DEVIN wallace

Devin brings a background in research analytics and client services to support Tina across ongoing projects. He graduated in 2024 from Furman University with a degree in Economics and Political Science, concentrating on empirical methods and systems thinking. He is a one-time Americorps service member, where he engaged with initiatives in re-housing, affordable housing, disaster relief, free tax preparation, and housing stability. This August, he will be attending The University of Baltimore School of Law to continue his academic career.
